Refund and Returns Policy

At Elite Kids Bedding, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

✅ Wrong item received (design, color, or size mismatch).

✅ Product with manufacturing defects.

✅ Product damaged in transit (photo proof required at delivery time).

✅ Missing items in the package.

Return request must be raised within 2 to 5 days of receiving the product, stating a valid reason.

2. Return Window & Charges

🟢 Within 2 Days (Free Return):
✔ Return request raised within 2 days of delivery will be eligible for free pickup and full refund.

🟡 Between 3 to 5 Days (Return with Charges):
✔ Return is accepted but customer must bear:

Processing charges (e.g., taxes & handling)

🔴 After 5 Days:
❌ No returns or refunds will be accepted beyond 5 days from delivery.

3. Refund Policy

✔ Refund will be initiated within 7 working days after returned item inspection.

✔ Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet).

✔ COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (account details required).

❌ Used, washed, or damaged products are not eligible for refund.

4. Exchange Policy

❌ Direct exchanges are not available.

✔ Place a new order after refund is processed for the original product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Customized or personalized products.

❌ Items purchased under clearance, festive or flash sales (unless defective).
