✔ Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed only after full or advance payment is received. ✔ Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD, under terms). ✔ Advance for COD Orders: A minimum ₹200 advance is required for new customers choosing COD. ✔ COD Limitations: COD is not available for orders above ₹3,000. ✔ Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Repeated COD cancellations may require future prepaid orders only.
2️⃣ Shipping & Delivery Policy
✔ Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery within 5-7 business days. Remote and rural areas may require additional time. ✔ Shipping Charges: Calculated based on delivery location and shown during checkout. ✔ Delivery Partners: We use trusted logistics services like India Post, Delhivery, and others. Delays due to external couriers are outside our control. ✔ Missed Delivery: If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
3️⃣ Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
✔ Return Eligibility: Applicable for wrong, damaged, or defective items only. ✔ Request Timeline: Must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. ✔ Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. ✔ Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via original payment mode. ✔ Exchange: Based on stock availability, we may provide a replacement product.
4️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
✔ COD Fee: A nominal ₹20 applies to all COD orders. ✔ Advance Requirement: New customers must pay ₹200 in advance to confirm COD orders. ✔ Cancellation Policy: Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders will disable COD option for the respective customer.

✔ Provide accurate delivery information (name, address, phone number). ✔ Place genuine orders only — fake or spam orders will be blacklisted. ✔ Receive orders on time to avoid delay or re-shipping fees. ✔ Follow product care instructions (washing, ironing, handling) to maintain product quality and longevity.
