Return & Refund Policy

At Elite Kids Bedding, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our flexible return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
βœ” Incorrect product received (wrong design, color, or size).
βœ” Manufacturing defects in the product.
βœ” Product damaged during delivery (photo proof required at the time of delivery).
βœ” Missing items in the package.

A return request must be raised within 2 to 5 days from the delivery date for valid reasons such as:
➜ Received a damaged or defective product.
➜ Received the wrong product.
➜ Missing items in the package.

2. Return Window & Charges

βœ… Within 2 Days (Free Return)
βœ” Customers can return the product within 2 days of delivery at no extra cost.
βœ” We will arrange a pickup for the return.

βœ… Between 3 to 5 Days (Return with Charges)
βœ” Returns requested between 3 to 5 days will be accepted, but:
➜ The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
➜ A processing fee (shipping + taxes) will be deducted from the refund.

❌ After 5 Days – No Returns Accepted
βœ– Returns or refunds will not be accepted after 5 days from the delivery date.

3. Refund Policy

βœ” Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
βœ” The refund will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Wallet).
βœ” COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (customers need to provide bank account details).
βœ” If the product is found used, washed, or damaged, the refund will not be processed.

4. Exchange Policy

βœ” We do not offer direct exchanges.
βœ” Customers can place a new order after returning the previous one.

5. Non-Returnable Items

βœ– Personalized or customized products.
βœ– Items purchased during special sales or discounts (unless defective).

6. How to Initiate a Return?

2️⃣ Provide order details, reason for return, and clear product images.
3️⃣ Our team will verify the request and schedule a pickup (if applicable).
4️⃣ Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
